The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted.
The event is scheduled for Saturday December 10th, 2016 from 10 am till 6pm. This will be a poker run event where top 3 will win prizes along with raffles prizes and prizes for the kids. This year we are doing a bucket with that sponsors item and you can place your raffle ticket in the bucket of that sponsor you desire to win besides the finale of the poker run is a gathering of all the participating Jeepers and having a huge raffle since we all know Jeepers love more Jeep stuff. To add to the fun, we sell additional raffle tickets so we can purchase even more toys for the tots!!
Our goal this year is to donate toys to the local Marines here in Tulsa and to help local children. We also plan on helping use the funds to help local elderly locations with items and a few local families who truly need help. Not just toys but items that are needed example like clothing.
We hope to see 200-300 Jeepers participate in this event. Of course I would like more, because that means the local community wins and you all have a good time.
So here are the details for this year's event and we have made a lot of changes this year. We have put a lot of thought into it and feedback from previous two years so here it goes.
Kickoff will be at Hampton's Kustomz starting at 10:00 am you will come there drop off your unwrapped toy $10.00 value and pick up your player packet. You can also prepay for a chance to better your hand up front for $5.00 dollars.
Raffle tickets will be sold at kickoff and sold at each stop. $1.00 for one ticket or 6 for $5.00 dollars. You can also purchase if you like just one repeat just one additional hand for $10.00 dollars this includes driver or passengers in Jeep.
Once you have completed your transactions and received your packet you are good to go. All we ask is that all stops are completed by 2:30 pm and you are back to final stop by 3:00 pm so the raffle can begin on time for all involved.
On your playing card will be all the details and stops to pick up your poker chip. We will be rewarding the top 3 hands " 1st, 2nd and 3rd place price" along with many raffle items for the Adults and Kids this year.
We will not be playing kids bingo this year. Instead each child will get a raffle ticket to win items specifically for them and no cost to them to receive a raffle ticket. They can get these tickets at the final stop. One per Child.
Jeepers who purchase raffle tickets will be responsible for their tickets and we are asking you "PRINT" your name on each ticket please. Instead of drawing numbers we will be drawing names to help speed up process and know for sure who won.
How you will win an item is easy. There will be buckets on a table with a list of items in the bucket from certain manufactures. Example one bucket will have items from Poison Spyder. To win those items you will put your ticket in that bucket.

You will want to bring chairs to sit in so you can relax and enjoy the festivities. Please bring chairs this is a reminder again please bring chairs. So when we are at the Finale you have some place to sit and relax.
We have decide to not use the Tulsa RV Ranch this year due to time restraints and expenditures in case you ask or are curious. You and your family and friends will be on your own for lunch that day. Twin Peaks and Hardens might be good places to eat!
